3. NON-REFUNDABLE VOTES
All votes cast through the Imperial Votes Platform are final and non-refundable. By casting a vote, you acknowledge and agree that:
  • You will not be entitled to a refund, reversal, or credit under any circumstances.
  • You understand and accept that voting is a digital service provided upon immediate execution.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on Imperial Vote is the property of Imperial Vote or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
5. CONSENT TO RECEIVE NOTIFICATIONS
By using the Platform, you agree to receive communications from Imperial Votes, including:
  • Email and in-app notifications about voting updates, outcomes, and new events.
  • Service-related notices, promotional updates, or administrative messages.
You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in our messages. However, you may not opt out of essential service-related notifications unless you cease using the Platform.
6. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for violating these Terms of Use.
7. DISCLAIMERS
Imperial Vote is provided as is, and we make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content.
8. USER CONDUCT
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not:
  • Tamper with the voting process or system.
  • Misrepresent your identity or eligibility.
  • Engage in any activity that could harm, disable, or impair the Platform.
9. ACCOUNT SECURITY
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Imperial Votes will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:
  • Your use or inability to use the Platform.
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
  • Any issues related to vote submissions or service availability.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Illinois. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
12. MODIFICATION OF TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the Platform with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
